Bill Moyer's Journal at the below website paints the current state of health care reform. The guests presented very succinctly the need for the correct type of health care reform. It should be a single payer and basically a Medicare for all system. It presents Senator Obama's statements on the topic during the campaign as well as comments by Sen. Baucus. Without our President standing up for correct reform as noted in the interviews and what he has spoken to in the past on health reform it will fail. We will have to hold all our President and Congressmen accountable if they fail us.

As an active campaigner for the democratic position on health care reform presented by President Obama prior to his being President I would consider it a very serious breach of the faith we put in him if he does not come out swinging for single payer or in short a Medicare for all system. I want to alert all of you to please contact the President and your Congressmen and make it clear we will not stand for a “We just could not get it". I expect each and every one of them to go on the attack to bring any doubting congressmen into the fold on the health reform issue...
